HIV Treatment in Complex Emergencies

Continuity of HIV treatment is made difficult by disasters. This report uses case studies to review HIV treatment programming during complex emergencies that are both short- and long-term in nature and the result of both natural and man-made disasters. The goal of the report is to identify steps that can be taken before, during, and after an emergency to help ensure the continuity of HIV treatment.

Thanks for the upload...There was a parallel work going on on the assessment of access of LGBTQI people of healthcare benefits in disaster prone Nepal and South Asia...I think, emergencies like these can have a great impact on the access as well as provision...

I think, it's a work in progress, as I had read about it from the PI of the study before few months...But, I will get in touch and will update you in case I get to know more, if they have got some research briefs, or interim reports...
