How often do PIH Accompagnateurs meet as a group to discuss their work and give feedback? Do you provide ongoing training after the initial 7-day Accompagnateur training session?

The clinic team meet on monthly basis with the accompagnateurs ,usually during weekends.
purpose of the meeting:
-education/training
-thank the acompagnateur and pay their monthly salary
-discuss problems, concerns,suggestions and new ideas.
