As children living with HIV mature, they must also transition toward HIV self-management and adult clinical care.

This technical brief--Transitioning of Care and Other Services for Adolescents Living with HIV in Sub-Saharan Africa--offers guidance to countries and programs on how to provide the multidisciplinary care, support, and treatment services that adolescents living with HIV (ALHIV) need.

Is there another link to the technical brief? I am unable to open it here in Ethiopia. Thanks.

Hi Linda,

Sorry to hear the link is giving you trouble. I am pasting below a regular link and a link directly to the PDF of the case study. Please let me know if these work. If not, I can put you in touch with our team there for assistance.

Kind Regards,
Daniel
