By the way the course is fully in Russian and Russian Knowledge is
compulsory.
Is there any one who has an idea of a similar course in english or french?

Dear All, just would like to mention that PIH will open a similar Fellowships in Peru and Lesotho. The last one will be offered in English. More info about them will be disseminated in 1-2 months.
