Home-based HIV testing and counseling (HBHTC) is very challenging, and I admire those who implement HBHTC programs for their courage and commitment.

In Gombe north east Nigeria is were i work for now and i do alot of HBC.Now u need to consider alot of factors.Dont forget we are a christian FBO and so ordinarily we will not be accepted on reloigious groud but what i did was to study the locality in terms of cultural value,Religeous inclination,academic level and finally poverty level and then programatically address them and seriously as it stand we have records of sucess figure is above five hundred in some communities but it is tidieous to do thank you
