This afternoon, I came across Knowledge 4 Learning's web site. it's a project of USAID. http://www.k4health.org
It has an e-learning initiative designed to share knowledge, a PEPFAR eLearning Center will be coming soon.
Seems interesting. Here is the description from http://www.k4health.org/virtualexchange/elearning.
The PEPFAR eLearning Center, currently in pilot phase testing, is a response to the growing demand for technical and programmatic information across the many countries implementing HIV/AIDS programs. Through courses designed to update users on state-of-the-art technical content and best practices, the eLearning Center allows PEPFAR to expand the reach, use and usefulness of critical information among USG staff, implementing partners, collaborators, and other stakeholders.
