I also got an error message that the file was damaged. Let's hope the GHDonline staff can fix it.

Hi Shaheen,

This is a PDF file so you need to have Acrobat Reader on your computer (free download here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html).

Ed, I checked the file again and it works on several computers. Could you email me the exact error message?

I will upload it again with a new PDF file just in case.

It seems that the file size can be a problem for some. I will cut the PDF into several files and publish these as soon as possible.
