Dear All
I cannot seem to open the file, the caption says it might be damaged. Could I ask for it to be sent directly to me?
Thanks
Shaheen

Hi Shaheen,

I just tested the file and it seems to be working. I updated it anyway so please try again. Note that this is a PDF Acrobat Reader file so you need Adobe Reader to view it (download the latest version here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html). Let me know if you still have issues, Best, Sophie

I will ask our GHD engineers to check this out. When I first tried to
open it myself, there was nothing there, but it openned up nicely with a
second attempt.

Please give it another try. If it fails we can send it to you directly.
