Bio Anat Rosenthal, PhD Anat Rosenthal, Ph.D., is a Medical Anthropologist and a fellow at the Biomedical Ethics Unit at McGill University. She has conducted fieldwork in Israel and Malawi on the social and cultural effects of AIDS, health policy, and undocumented migration, and also worked with the Israeli AIDS Task force on developing prevention and care programs for undocumented migrant populations. Her current research focuses on the impact of AIDS on kinship systems and social institutions, and on the impact of ART roll-out on clients and health professionals in rural Malawi.
