CGD Working Paper on Donor Funding for NCDs

Hello all,

I am providing here http://www.cgdev.org/content/publications/detail/1424546/ the link to the CGD Working Paper on NCD donor funding that I presented this week at the Bottom Billion conference. I am also interested in hearing ideas from people about how to keep our database current. Things are changing fast for NCDs and the information is only useful if it is kept up to date, but it takes quite a bit of work. Ideas are welcome.
