The ANA switched to an online form where you can get into their database. Follow this link http://www.nursingworld.org/disaster/haitiform.htm and fill it out. According to Amy Brewer, "We [ANA] caution people that we’re very much in a “holding pattern” right now, so you may not hear about any opportunities for weeks, maybe months.
