I’m very pleased to announce that Celia Reddick, PIH's curriculum and training specialist is leading an online conversation on USAID’s CHW Central website. Celia discusses how we train CHWs – working with program teams, engaging CHWs in different activities, and supporting trainers.

This month we welcome Celia Reddick, M.Ed., a Curriculum and Training Specialist at Partners In Health (Rwanda), to lead a discussion on Collaborative curriculum development for CHWs: Balancing priorities. Celia discusses the challenges in blending technical content with adult learning principles and participatory methodologies in training.
