EMR Implementation Guidelines and Useful Documents

This is a discussion where you can post useful documents for individuals looking to implement an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in a hospital or ambulatory care setting. If you are going to add a resource please place its reference and a brief description about it and how it should be used.

These are the guidelines for implementing EMRs in Kenya. They include a complete checklist of requirements for implementation, minimum EMR functionalities, information exchange via HL7, and governance.
