@Nicholas Kamara, Regarding your question about World Heart Federation (not World Heart Foundation....that is a different organization which focuses on heart surgery.....). Important is INTEGRATION....using existing systems created for communicable diseases and expanding them to accommodate NCDs as well. If we do that then NCD dependence on communicable disease systems will ensure that they are not competing.
