Duncan Matheka is a medical student at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Medical Physiology from the same institution. He coordinates the students’ Journal Club, chairs Medical Students against AIDS (MESA) and the Kenyan Chapter of Young Professionals Chronic Disease Network (YP-CDN). He has published widely in international peer reviewed journals.
