In some path of Nigeria especially the fulanies because of early marrage issue a girl 12yrs of age is giving out in marrage to an adult and what he does is to continue to use his penis to open the virgina on daily basis until he finally can get access into the little girl transmission has been on the increase in those areas as a result of this act
