Heather Dron replied to "Creating an intranet for PIH-Rwanda" in the Health IT community.

From our technical staffThe problem with CMS systems is they are designed to be online all the time. I would think a "queued" intranet infrastructure would better support main systems. For example, if the CMS generated an email, the mail server would accept the message, queue it, and send it once the internet was available. Moving forward, any additional applications could rely on this "queued" infrastructure.

Thanks for the resource! I thought I'd point out one of I-TECH's resources for training in India in case you found it useful for future adaptations: http://searchitech.org/itech?page=db-02-00&id=51093&bkto=db-search&query=living%20positively%20with%20HIV&start= Additionally, we're in the process of creating an online toolkit on positive prevention training intended for Mozambique. Once we finish it, it will live here: http://positiveprevention.ucsf.edu/
