This is interesting read eager to know more about it. My concern though is the models applicability in resource limited settings where large segments of the population are underpriviledged and may be lacking mobile phones.

I am actually looking for prevention with positives interventions that target risk reduction (sexual/PMTCT/disclosure and HIV testing for partners of unknown status) within treatment naive HIV positive populations or any other similar interventions conducted so far in sub saharan Africa but would not mind information from any part of the world. I have been following your discussion about adherence and LTFU for some time now. Really its not easy drawing the lines but I thought clear definations are needed for what constitutes a LTFU and visit adherence.
