That's a very interesting topic that you are submitting here Peter. I agree that immunology is one of those subjects that are difficult to grasp on. With the immune suppression in pregnant and considering the length or duration, the intensity of the exposure, and the virulence of contaminating agent, I would tend to believe that for TB, less than 8 hours are enough for triggering screening in pregnant women.
