Thank you all. This is the right thing to do and it's encouraged in human subjects training. Should journals also include an english language summary just like the Cochrane reviews do? that way at least that section can be published in a local paper or translated at the researchers cost ...

Thanks for the discussion. Very informative! Based on your experience and research is there a baseline patient information tool that can predict non-adherence or risk of loss to follow up. I know this would be context specific but any information would be useful. Moses

Thanks all for the rich discussion which also feeds into how to make clinic visits a more useful experience for patients and encourage better retention. I think any measurement should be individualized for each clinic bearing in mind the design of the facility and patient flow. Also on the type ...
