    I recently found this interesting study of cash and non-cash incentives used to improve adherence to latent TB treatment in homeless patients in San Francisco. The success rate in such a challenging population makes the potential for application to other populations seem very promising. I would love to know any thoughts on the applicability to treatment of MDR-TB in low-income settings, for example. I can see why the approach might be problematic for other treatments ...
