    Thanks all - definitely interesting to hear about future avenues for innovation, but would be great to hear more practical advice like Dan's. The issue with the scattered solutions Dan describes is that while they may work well for very tech-savvy US-based/trained folks, our Rwandan team is unlikely to be able to navigate 5 or 6 sites and use them together effectively. We were really hoping for an easy-to-maintain single, low bandwidth solution. Any thoughts?

    Just a quick update - as we've reached out to everyone and worked to come up with potential solutions, the majority of the advice we received pointed us to Google Enterprise as a potential solution. We're digging into it now and testing, but will let everyone know the results as we move forward. Thanks for the advice!

    Hi, The Partners In Health team in Rwanda is exploring options for a locally hosted intranet that will facilitate coordination across three rural sites. At present, we use a combination of Google Groups and email to communicate and organize our work. This system is challenging to manage and scale.
