Thanks for sharing the link to this book.Currently as we are involved in research study about Diabetes it will be of immense help.
I just want to let you know, that when I tried to access the entire book it only shows its a review copy and few pages are omitted.
My kind request is, is it possible to have access to entire book-soft copy.
