Idea submitted by: Chris Macrae
The idea is to use the existing technology of Yazmi (http://www.yamzi.com), an e-learning satellite-to-tablet content delivery system to share content that explores different topics including top 10 demonstrations of the power of community health care. Other topics include nursing, nutrition, clean energy, mobile life saving applications, cross disciplinary topics on ending poverty and infectious diseases. This technology could also provide a jobs-led curriculum for girls and women. This has been a significant goal of our work in the world record game of job creation at: http://unacknowledgedgiant.com/
The results could be debriefed to Ted Turner at the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize summit to be held in Atlanta in November 2015.
Please note one correction and one search
the yazmi web is http://www.yazmi.com
Does anyone know if webcast/conference call of Farmer and Kim of 9 December has a bookmark? I would happily make a transcript of it over xmas if that hasnt been done yet. It was the most exciting and practical 60 minutes of how healthy societies generate strong economies not vice versa that I have ever heard. In this millennial age of connectivity, There will never be a reasonable explanation of why so many people died of Ebola and or 3 national economies have plummeted causing even more death and hardships- but the least we could do is email every friend of community health we can reach with this heroic 60 minutes

Hi Chris, I looked at the Yazmi sight but couldn't find the link to the 60 minute talk. Would you please send the link?

Soori I am looking for the link too; my memory is that the webinar said the link would appear soon 2 weeks ago
Here is a reference to paul farmer and senate hearing a day later - its not as concentrated as the 60 minute discussion the night before which I will keep on asking to see up on the web
http://www.foreign.senate.gov/hearings/the-ebola-epidemic-the-keys-to-success...
if you move video to minute 20 that is where the female president of Liberia speaks first for 20 minutes
If I am correct Paul Farmer makes 6 minute testimony starting about minute 58 40 seconds and another testimony at about 2 hours 1 minute 30 seconds
