About UGHE:
An initiative of Partners In Health (PIH) and led by internationally recognized faculty and staff from around the world, UGHE is an independent, accredited university that builds on PIH’s three decades of experience in delivering health services to some of the world’s poorest communities.

About the Master of Science in Global Health Delivery:
UGHE’s MGHD is a one year, full time program which aims to educate candidates from diverse academic and professional backgrounds who hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have a global interest, a commitment to leadership, and a desire to address issues of inequity and disparity through health delivery. Modeled after a similar program at Harvard Medical School, the MGHD examines transnational health issues and the various strategies required to tackle them, including disease surveillance, health systems management, and individual and population-based interventions.

With a focus on practical experience outside the classroom, the MGHD program ensures that students understand the complexity of delivering care in all settings. We prepare our students to serve in any environment with humility and compassion. By infusing the best new ideas in higher education and partnering with top universities and faculty from all over the world, UGHE students become changemakers and leaders.
