Closing the Population Health community and words of appreciation

By GHDonline Team | 10 Jul, 2017

Dear Population Health community members,

Thank you for being a member of the Population Health community on GHDonline. We’re proud that 4,700+ of you have engaged in over 250 discussions, ranging from topics such as overcoming language barriers in health care and the neighborhood approach to population health, in the community’s four-year duration.

In an effort to integrate our public communities, we will soon archive the Population Health community. While new membership will be closed and no new content can be added, the community will remain available for reading, searching, and recommending.

We’d like to extend an enormous thank you to the Population Health community’s moderator, Tom Bauer, for his thoughtful leadership, expertise, and passion in guiding the community to its fullest potential. We're honored that Tom will remain the Moderator Emeritus for the community.

Finally, we are grateful to you, our members, for your contributions and your continued dedication to powering the ideas and exchanges in our communities.

The GHDonline Team
