I am an Associate Physician in the Division of Global Health Equity at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a tuberculosis specialist at Partners In Health. I also work as a clinician with the Division of Infectious Disease at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. I earned my medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters in Public Health degree from the University of California, Berkeley. I've been working on the prevention and treatment of HIV and tuberculosis infection in the setting of socioeconomic disparities since 1999.
My current projects focus on the development of training materials for MDR-TB clinicians in resource limited settings. I also conduct research on TB diagnostics and MDR-TB treatment regimens.
